Job Title: OT
Location: Butte, Montana
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate
: $55 - $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in Butte, Montana. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:- Provide Occupational Therapy services for a 13-week assignment
- Work a guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Deliver occupational therapy care to veteran patients
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
- Maintain valid state licensure and required certifications
- Comply with facility dress code requirements
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Pet Insurance
- 401K Retirement Plan (matching)
- Full-service Credentialing and Corporate Travel Team
- Referral Bonus up to $1,500
