Registered Nurse - Med Surg Telemetry

Position: Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) on a medical floor, providing comprehensive care to adult patients with respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses, including observation patients.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices and technology.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Communicate compassionately with patients and their families.
• Participate in clinical team conferences and follow regulatory and hospital policies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to treatment guidelines.

• BSN from an accredited program (or equivalent experience) within 4 years unless exempted.
• Current Montana RN license and BLS certification.
• Preferred:
  National certification in area of practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Physical ability to assist with patient transfers and operate medical equipment.

• Provide patient-centered care addressing physical and psychological needs.
• Maintain compliance with safety, documentation, and treatment standards.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and communicate with team members.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, walking, and operating equipment.
