Join TDS Telecom in leading the construction operations for our fiber network across regions. This role oversees OSP Construction Managers, ensuring daily productivity, safety, and project delivery.

• Resource Management & Development:
  Hire, motivate, and lead a team of OSP Construction Managers to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Technical Support:
  Provide technical direction, monitor production, safety, and training; assist in process development.
• Cost Assurance:
  Monitor labor, material, and expense charges; contribute to financial and budgetary objectives.
• Check‑in and Visits:
  Routinely visit leaders and teams in the region.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in the telecom industry.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or equivalent leadership role.

• Strong technical background in OSP Construction (fiber optic methods, troubleshooting, equipment installation).
• Lightwave transmission system experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSP fiber network designs and OSHA safety requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress‑ful outages calmly.
