Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to support Kadiak and our government customer in Butte, MT.

• Manage multiple trades across building portfolio, develop and maintain client relationships, coordinate activities across disciplines, and manage union environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects from conception to completion.
• Manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, deadlines, change order management, and proposal development for IDIQ work.
• Grow relationships and market share, collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, serve as the first point of contact for contract communication.
• Implement a QMP and ensure contract compliance; serve as point of contact for contract deliverables.
• Primary liaison for energy performance standards.
• Promote safe work environments; authorize to act for the Contractor in every detail; accept notices, inspection reports, and correspondence.

• U.S. Citizen with high school diploma or GED.
• Experience managing and supervising mechanical maintenance operations for similar size/type buildings.
• Minimum 5 years O&M/Facilities Management experience.
• Minimum 8 years in project management/supervisory role.
• Ability to work in a union environment and manage contract compliance.
