American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with HCHB and OASIS experience for a geriatric caseload requiring a Montana or compact RN license.
Details- Home Health setting serving a geriatric patient population
- Caseload averages 5-7 patients per day
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Occasional weekend work may be required
- On-call rotation may be required
- Coverage limited to Silver Bow County within a 60-mile radius of the hub office
- Travelers must remain flexible with territory assignments
- iPad provided for documentation
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Active Montana or compact RN license required, in-hand prior to consideration
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant Home Health experience
- OASIS experience required for completing Start of Care (SOC)
- Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR required
- Active driver's license and personal transportation required
- Timely documentation and communication with the care team is mandatory
- Scrubs required in any color; jeans not permitted
- Cell phone use not permitted on the job; iPad provided instead
- Orientation begins on Mondays and includes billable modules
- Hospice/Home Health checklist completion is mandatory
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
- Former permanent employees must be separated for at least 6 months and approved by HR before returning as a traveler
- Travel pairs accepted, though each traveler is assigned their own territory and must have their own transportation
- Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application
