Role Overview: The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining the restaurant's culture by adhering to, teaching, and preserving customer standards. Cleanliness is crucial, focusing on the dish area, supplies, and equipment to minimize loss, waste, and fraud.

Responsibilities include:

• Sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils, then placing them in racks for the dish machine.
• Sorting and stacking clean dishes, transporting them to storage or the line, and rewashing if needed.
• Changing dishwater in the machine to standard levels.
• Washing pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Removing trash and garbage to the dumpster.
• Setting up or breaking down the dishwashing area.
• Managing overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
