I opened my State Farm agency in 2015, bringing with me a background in civil engineering and a family legacy with State Farm as a second-generation agent. As a Carroll College graduate, I'm proud to remain connected to the community where my wife, our two children, and I have built our lives. We love Montana living and enjoy life on our horse property.

As Account Manager for Michael Paffhausen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
