Are you an experienced Paraplanner or Senior IFA Administrator ready to transition into a lucrative, client-facing financial adviser role—without the exhausting daily commute into Manchester or Sheffield?
We are looking for an ambitious, technical professional to join our well established IFA firm in Buxton. This unique hybrid role bridges high-level paraplanning with a structured, fully funded route to becoming a Financial Adviser.
What makes this role different?- Strong Base Salary: £38k – £42k starting (increasing to £48k instantly upon achieving full CAS status).
