Leasing Professional at Carter Funds - Allegiant-Carter Management is seeking qualified candidates for the Reserve of Byram in Byram, MS. • Providing excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Coordinating the application review for each lease, including credit and income verifications.
• Completing lease packets and files for each resident, including the lease, all addendums, and other proper documentation.
• Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk-through with the resident.
• Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired).
• Previous customer service experience (Preferred).
• Yardi Experience (Preferred).
• Ability to maintain both a professional appearance and manner.

• This position is primarily in an office environment, but the applicant must be able to walk the property, including climbing stairs.
• May work around cleaning solvents, paint fumes and landscaping chemicals.
