The Assistant Manager is a key position in our store, responsible for running great shifts, caring for customers, working toward store goals, assisting the General Manager, and leading the team.

• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Manage the store and team with a high‑volume mentality.
• Meet all RPM service goals.
• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
• Train and coach the team to achieve desired product, service, and image results.
• Utilize advanced equipment in line with our technology leadership.
• Uphold safety standards.
• Resolve problems and take ownership.
• Operate all berger equipment, including oven‑tending.
• Use time‑management skills and multi‑task in a competitive environment.
• Create a fun, happy, exciting environment for customers and team members while taking orders.
• Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
• Implement marketing tools.
• Maintain store cleanliness and health board standards.
• Lead team members to achieve store goals.
• Work 40+ hours per week.

• Pass RPM Freshman class.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing, positive, upbeat attitude.
• Capable of standing, walking, sitting, beauxing, using machines, lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Food safety certification as required.
