We are looking for a motivated Repossession Field Agent to locate and recover vehicles, equipment, and other collateral. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires independence, problem-solving, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Important:
Applicants must be 23 years or older
. No exceptions.
- Locate and repossess vehicles and other collateral.
- Conduct skip tracing and research to verify asset locations.
- Maintain detailed records, photos, and reports
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and respond promptly to assignments.
- Handle interactions professionally, including with difficult individuals or law enforcement.
- 23 years or older (non-negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to work independently and make quick, sound decisions
- Physically able to perform demanding tasks
- 2 years' experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Knowledge of repossession, towing, or law enforcement procedures
