Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across Arkansas. The therapist provides behavioral health modalities, develops treatment goals for clients (children, teens, adults), and delivers high‑quality, cost‑effective care in clinic, school, or home settings, consistent with UHS mission and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university.
• Current licensure (LPC or LCSW required).
• At least two years of psychiatric treatment experience, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment preferred.
