Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a dedicated and personable Registered Nurse RN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families during this significant time in their lives. Registered Nurses are needed for patient care in and around the Monroeville, Butler or along Route 28 allowing you to work close to your home.

• New Higher Rates up to $55.00. Compensation will be determined based on years of experience, applicable certifications and by the number of visits completed each week.

As a Home Health Registered Nurse RN, you’ll be at the heart of this mission.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.
• Treatments, IV starts, Chest Tube Management, and Wound care.
• Educating and empowering patients and families on managing their health conditions and building confidence in self‑care.
• Utilizing strong clinical assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and identify changes.

• Graduate of state‑approved school with course in pharmacology
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.
