Licensed Practical Nurse LPN are needed for patient care in and around the the Route 28 Corridor allowing you to work close to your home.

What you’ll do as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:

As a Home Health LPN, a vital part of the patient's care team is provided by the employee, offering skilled nursing care and support. This includes tasks such as:

• Assisting with wound care and personal care
• Educating patients and families
• Maintaining medical records
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Also, provide emotional support and companionship, building genuine connections with patients.

Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse LPN position:

• Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
• Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.
