Job Description
Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, including welcoming them, assessing their project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up measurements, and discussing room designs and purchasing recommendations. Designers also ensure In Stock initiatives by monitoring and restocking samples and brochures. They support Store Appearance by maintaining attractive and safe displays and showrooms.
By supporting these priorities, Designers help drive sales and meet department and store goals.
