Overview

This role focuses on maintaining a clean and organized store environment with an emphasis on floor care.

• Operate floor care equipment, including scrubbers and buffers, and perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and ensure the upkeep of store areas such as the Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and Associate Lounge.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; participate in store recovery as needed.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.) and respond to Front End coverage needs.
• Adhere to and uphold merchandising philosophy, signage standards, and company policies including health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates and follow all labor policies, including meal and break periods.
• Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety awareness activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Retail customer experience preferred

Pay

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
