, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Weekly Pay

Pay Rate: $16.95 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Mon  10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Tue 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Wed 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Thur 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed in a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using sound judgment and adhering to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and potential threats.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain an orderly environment.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and local law enforcement when necessary to support a secure environment.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, disturbances, and alarms, following all site-specific procedures.

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
