Job Title: Line Technician

Location: Cadillac, MI

Business Unit: Avon Protection

Purpose of Position: A line technician is responsible for conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure the operational efficiency of machines and equipment production. Line technicians monitor the control processes, run diagnostic tests with products and equipment, and create a comprehensive report for resolution methods.

Essential duties and/or Functions

• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to work Overtime with little notice

Complete all 3 stages of line tech training Stage 1 - Entry Level

• Running all stations on Filter line
• Start-up/Paperwork
• Carbon Gantry/Volumes
• P.U.

Stage 2

• Welders
• Induction
• Leak Testers
• PAO’s

Stage 3 - Full Trained

• Change overs 1FL/2FL

Required

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma

Preferred/Desired Skills or Experiences

• Mechanical skills

Required Training

• LOTO
• Safety training

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cadillac, MI is $49,920.00 annually. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
