Salary Range: $118,000 - $167,000 depending on experience

• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain departments.
• Manage the engineering department's budget and resource allocation.

• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial engineering principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving technical and operational challenges.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML) in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) for product or process optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
