Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze process data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and ensure process stability.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Experience with P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment design/specification.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., JMP, R, Python)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Fluency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing operations
