• Support inventory valuation and analysis, including obsolescence and turnover rates.
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand drivers of financial performance and identify process improvements.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with cost accounting principles and practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial data analysis.
• Ability to interpret operational data and translate it into actionable financial insights.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and their financial implications.

• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced understanding of cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing environments (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting complex financial and operational data.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
