What you’ll be doing
- Monitor quality and general work performance, and coordination to make necessary adjustments to given task and environmental modifications to ensure consumer success
- Transportation and Participation in Community Activities
- Personal Care/Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
- Provide vocational supports in a variety of settings; community and facility based
- Encourages independence and building of natural supports within the work environment
- Maintain a productive working relationship with host companies and employers
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of experience working with persons with disabilities preferred in a vocational setting
- Valid State of Michigan driver’s license required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to pass background checks as applicable
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
- Possess basic computer skills
