Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist; CRNA

Healthcare is looking for an experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience in Cadillac. Must be willing to be in call rotation.

1 FTE with call rotation 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month

Shift description below:

• Shift times (during the week): 0700am
  -0500pm
• Shift times (call during the week): 05:30pm-07:00am
• Days and shift times (weekend call): 0700am 0700am
• Documentation System/EMR:
  Plexus
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 25
• Trauma Level/Designation: 3
• Annual ER Volume: 23555
• Description of OR Staff:
  Four part-time MDA's. three full-time CRNA's
• Number of Operating Rooms: 5
• Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.): all 3- BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric):
  All Ages
• Will call be in house? No
• Additional cases:
  Ortho, general surgery, scopes, dental, uro
• No supervision, provider will work independently

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED

• AANA Board Certified - REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS, & PALS - REQUIRED
• MI license at time of submission - REQUIRED
• Experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience - REQUIRED
• Providers MUST participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS - REQUIRED at time of presentation
• Clean background for quick credentialing - REQUIRED
• COVID vaccination - REQUIRED at time of name clear
