Clinical Role:

- Need 1 FTE with 1 night of call a week and 1 weekend a month
- Shift times (during the week): 0700am
-0500pm - Shift times (call during the week): 05:30pm-07:00am
- Days and shift times (weekend call): 0700am - 0700am
- Must be willing to be in call rotation
- EMR:
Plexus - Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 25
- Trauma Level III
- Annual ER Volume: 23,555
- Description of OR Staff:
Four part-time MDA's. three full-time CRNA's - Number of Operating Rooms: 5
- BLS, ACLS, PALS Required
- Patient Age Demographic:
All Ages - No in-house call
- AANA Board Certified - Required
- BLS, ACLS, & PALS - Required
- MI license at time of submission - Required
- Experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience - Required
- Providers MUST participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS - required at time of presentation
- Clean background for quick credentialing - Required
- COVID vaccination - Required at time of name clear
