Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The OpportunityWe are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Cadillac that are seeking skilled HR Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with labor laws and company objectives.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems tailored to the manufacturing environment.
- Drive workplace safety initiatives and ensure a compliant and safe working environment in collaboration with operations.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career growth.
- Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to meet operational demands and future growth.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of labor relations, employee relations, and performance management in an industrial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage talent acquisition, development, and retention for skilled trades and production roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR compliance, including OSHA regulations and safety protocols relevant to manufacturing.
- Proficiency with HRIS and leveraging HR data to drive operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
- Demonstrated success in HRIS implementation or optimization projects.
- Experience with developing or managing apprenticeship and skilled trades training programs.
