Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

• Set up and operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programs.
• Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine operations, adjusting settings as needed to maintain part quality and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or program errors.
• Select, install, and adjust appropriate tooling for each job.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.

• Proficiency in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Demonstrated understanding of G-code and M-code programming and editing.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
• Experience with various materials, tooling, and fixturing techniques.
• Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Solid Works CAM)
• Experience performing preventative machine maintenance or minor troubleshooting
• Familiarity with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparator)
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
