Key Responsibilities- Direct and optimize all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business objectives.
- Manage the plant budget, control costs, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a positive and safe work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize supply chain and meet customer demands.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing leadership role (e.g., Plant Manager, Production Manager).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, quality systems, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage plant operations, optimize production, and control budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- MBA or Master's degree in a related technical or business field.
- Experience managing multi‑site manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI).
