Salary Range: $135,000 - $186,000 depending on experience

• Direct and optimize all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business objectives.
• Manage the plant budget, control costs, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a positive and safe work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize supply chain and meet customer demands.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing leadership role (e.g., Plant Manager, Production Manager).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, quality systems, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage plant operations, optimize production, and control budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• MBA or Master's degree in a related technical or business field.
• Experience managing multi‑site manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI).
