Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

• Direct and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures across all production stages.
• Monitor production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations, including significant supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI).
• Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
