Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Tech (or equivalent leadership experience). - Certifications:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher. - Experience: 5+ years high-volume manufacturing; 3+ years managing teams/supervisors.
- Industries: Automotive, industrial, or assembly preferred.
- Operations:
Cementing, surface prep, or painting experience preferred; automation, robotics, or assembly.
- Metrics: Driven to improve SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity).
- Tools: KPI development, visual management, production planning, scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
- Methodologies:
Lean Manufacturing
, Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, and quality systems. - Tech: Implementing new equipment and manufacturing technologies.
- Leadership: Coaching, employee development, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Traits: Fast-paced multitasking, data-driven decision-making, and teamwork.
- Bonus:
Bilingual communication.
- Dependent on experience; regularly benchmarked to match the local market.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) – preferred
- Leadership or Supervisory Training Certification – preferred
- Valid Driver’s License – required
- First Aid/CPR Certification – preferred, Experience in cementing, surface preparation preferred.
