Our Registered Nurses work within a skilled nursing team providing specialized care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess needs and implement care using the latest technology while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

• Wages: $36.00 – $40.00 per hour based on years of certification.
• Hero pay: $3.40 per hour.
• Shift premium for 7 PM‑7 AM shifts: $5.00 per hour.
• Sign‑on bonus: $12,000.

• Full‑time or part‑time; all shifts include rotating weekends & holidays.
• Days and nights available – 12‑hour shifts.

• Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes and treatment plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physical and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.

• Current RN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher education in Nursing.
• Strong analytical skills for personalized care planning and effective nursing care.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and a commitment to passionate, innovative care.
• Team player who supports teammates and completes job duties.
