Join our EPIC team at Wexford Senior Care Center, part of Nex Care Well Bridge Senior Living. Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) deliver specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology.

You will earn: up to $37.40 per hour! NEW WAGES!

• Starting wages $29.00 – $33.00 per hour based on years of certification!

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Oversee the nurse aide team—give direction and assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

• Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan and current CPR certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• A team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
