Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. Primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes, with participation in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation. You will focus on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the Customer through our brand experience to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier duties: use store technology to stay informed on promotions and provide an omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer
• Support the shipment process and omni order fulfillment, including in-store and curbside pickup

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to relate to customers of diverse ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
