Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The OpportunityWe are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Cadillac that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical machinery and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, and automation systems.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for installation and repair.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical codes (e.g., NEC), safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
- Execute wiring, conduit installation, and electrical upgrades for new and existing equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent apprenticeship completion.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems, including motor controls, PLCs, and VFDs.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Thorough understanding and adherence to electrical safety codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
- Advanced PLC programming and diagnostics experience (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
- Experience with robotics electrical systems and controls.
- NFPA 70E Arc Flash Qualified Person certification.
- Proficiency with HMI/SCADA system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis for electrical components).
