- Experience in handling multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring attention to detail in every interaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creating a seamless guest experience
- Be the first point of contact for guests via phone and email, delivering a warm and helpful service
- Provide a personalised experience, ensuring every guest interaction feels special
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Celtic Collection and all its services to assist guests effectively
- Work efficiently back of house, handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and attention to detail
