A welcoming and supportive Welsh‑medium primary school in Newport is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team for the academic year.

Responsibilities: Supporting children's learning through the medium of Welsh, with a particular focus on children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

Key

Qualifications:

• ✅ Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written)
• ✅ Previous experience supporting children with ALN
• ✅ A nurturing and proactive approach
• ✅ The ability to work collaboratively with class teachers and other staff
• ✅ A genuine passion for helping children thrive in a Welsh‑medium environment
