• Level 3 qualification in Massage or Holistic Therapy (or equivalent).
• A passion for health, wellbeing and guest care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-focused approach.
• Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products.

• Experience with in a luxury or 5 star spa environment.
• Additional therapy qualifications, such as Hot Stones or Reflexology.
• Experience with premium spa brands such as Elemis or ESPA.

• Deliver professional massage and holistic treatments to the highest standards.
• Provide personalised consultations and treatment recommendations.
• Promote spa services, treatments and retail products.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
• Support the team in achieving guest satisfaction and sales targets.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and products are fully prepared and stocked.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing and memorable experience for every guest.
