As a Room Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect across our luxury resort.
Supporting our bedrooms and facilities, you will carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks, repairs and preventative works to ensure our accommodation and guest areas remain safe, well-presented and fully operational.

- Arelevant maintenance qualification, such as electrical, plumbing or arelated discipline
- Atleast three years' maintenance experience within a commercial, hospitalityor similar environment
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills and the confidence to interact professionally withguests and colleagues
- BasicIT skills and experience completing maintenance records and reports
- Aproactive approach to problem solving and maintaining high standards
- Afull UK driving licence
- The physical capability to undertake a hands-on role and respond to operational requirements across the resort
- Carryout maintenance and repair work across resort bedrooms and facilities
- Diagnose and resolve faults relating to electrical systems, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and bedroom fixtures and fittings
- Maintain room lock systems, safes, televisions and other guest-room equipment
- Support the safe operation of resort systems including fire alarms, lifts and building management systems
- Complete maintenance reports and accurate job records
- Participate in equipment checks, audits and preventative maintenance programmes
- Ensureall work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and help deliver an exceptional guest experience throughout the resort
