• Serving food and beverages in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Delivering outstanding customer service to guests attending Christmas parties, conferences and special events
• Setting up and preparing event spaces and service areas before events
• Taking food and beverage orders and assisting guests with menu selections
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout service
• Clearing and resetting tables efficiently during and after events
• Ensuring service stations are fully stocked and ready for service
• Assisting with bar service and the responsible serving of alcoholic beverages
• Supporting colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully
• Responding to guest requests and queries in a courteous and professional manner

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, restaurants, bars or customer service is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Due to the nature of this role and the service of alcoholic beverages at our events, applicants must be aged 18 or over., All applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK. Documentary evidence of eligibility will be required as part of the recruitment process in line with current UK Visas and Immigration regulations.
