• This role will focus on the assessment for residential and domestic projects supplying a range of Fire stopping systems across north & mid Wales
• Conduct detailed fire risk assessments in line with Fire Safety Regulations
• Assess a range of properties, including high-risk and complex buildings
• Provide clients with clear advice on fire safety strategies and evacuation procedures
• Develop and review fire safety management plans
• Ensure all work aligns with current legislation, codes of practice, and BAFE standards
• Keep up to date with changes in fire safety regulations and industry requirements

• Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor or closely related
• Possess relevant fire safety qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Fire Certificate, Level 3 or equivalent)
• Excellent knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulations
• Good written communication skills
• Ambitious with strong organisational skills
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
