Salary: £34,416 per annum + sleep-in shifts at £60 per night + travel expenses paid at 45p per mile

Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead and manage support services in Caernarfon, Gwynedd. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities by ensuring high-quality, person-centred support within a friendly team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing the day-to-day operation and management of two support services supporting six individuals with learning disabilities.
- Providing motivational leadership and direction to support staff, fostering a positive and person-centred approach.
- Developing and reviewing support plans, risk assessments, and service delivery to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external agencies.
- Managing team development, coaching, and performance management to ensure high standards of support and independence for the people we support.
- A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards it).
- Proven experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a social care setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, and provide cover as required.
- A valid driver's licence and access to your own car, with willingness to use it for transporting service users and attending meetings.
- Welsh language skills are desirable to effectively communicate with Welsh-speaking service users and meet their cultural needs.
