About the role

Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Care Assistants in Caernarfon to work in
     residential homes, supported living services and community care settings.

If you have at least six months of paid UK care experience and want reliable work

Your responsibilities

Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
     
Support people with daily routines, personal care and life skills.
     
Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
     
Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living.
   
   What you need

Right to work in the UK.
     
At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
     
Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
     
Great communication skills.
     
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
