Production Manager

We're looking for an organised, hands-on Production Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our manufacturing facility in Caernarfon.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys bringing people, materials and processes together to create a safe, efficient and productive working environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan labour and allocate resources to meet production requirements
• Manage material planning and availability
• Coordinate daily production schedules and priorities
• Lead, support and develop the production team
• Monitor performance, quality and output
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and production flow
• Reduce bottlenecks, delays and waste
• Work closely with other teams to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the facility

About you:

• Experience managing a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A practical, proactive and improvement-focused approach
• Confident leading teams and managing changing priorities
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience with in a woodworking facility would be an advantage, but it is not essential
