Cats Protection in Caernarfon is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager in maximizing shop income and effectiveness. The role requires a strong retail background and the ability to motivate volunteers and employees. The position offers benefits including 26 days of annual leave and other health perks. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with a salary up to £14,018.52 annually and an expectation to work 21 hours on a rota basis, including weekends.
