Welsh Women's Aid is recruiting Live Fear Free Helpline Advocates to join a dedicated helpline team. The role is based in our office near Caernarfon with full and part-time positions and a 24/7 rota.
Salary is £27,852.00 pro rata per annum, with interview dates in September 2026. You will respond to contacts by phone, email, webchat, text and Whats App; provide confidential information and signposting services; assess risk and safeguard accordingly; and refer to appropriate support services using
