Job Overview

PLUS Care Givers is seeking a well‑organized and compassionate Administrative Executive in Care Services to support our care delivery processes. This full‑time hybrid role is ideal for someone with a care background who is looking to transition into an administrative position while continuing to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

As the Administrative Executive in Care Services, you will assist with care assessments for prospective service users, manage client records, coordinate assessment appointments, and serve as a key point of contact for families and referral sources. While not a sales‑focused role, you will occasionally support lead tracking and follow‑up communications in collaboration with our care management team.

This role requires someone who understands the sensitive nature of the adult social care sector, communicates professionally, and is confident working in a fast‑paced yet supportive environment. You will be joining a passionate team that values dignity, respect, and high‑quality service in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Care Assessment Support:

  • Assist care coordinators and registered managers with preparing and arranging care assessments for new service users.
  • Handle initial contact with prospective clients and families with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collect, organize, and update assessment‑related documentation and case files.

Administrative Duties:

  • Schedule assessments, meetings, and home visits.
  • Prepare forms, draft correspondence, and maintain detailed service user records.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider care management team.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries about our care services.
  • Answer calls and respond to emails in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide prospective service users with information about the care process, ensuring clarity and reassurance.

Lead Tracking and Light Outreach:

  • Log and monitor new enquiries.
  • Follow up with prospective clients as needed to support the onboarding process.
  • Occasionally assist with community engagement and awareness campaigns.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Support accurate record‑keeping aligned with CQC and GDPR standards.
  • Help ensure all service user documentation is complete, signed, and stored appropriately.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in Care: Experience as a carer/support worker, or working in a domiciliary or supported living setting is essential.
  • Administrative

    Experience:

    Previous office‑based administrative experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
  • Familiarity with CQC requirements and the adult social care sector is a plus.
