Apprentice Planner

Annual salary: up to £25,396.80. Apprentice Planner in Caerphilly. Pay rates:
Age 16–18: £8.00 per hour – 40 hours per week (including college time). Age 19–20: £11.06 per hour – 40 hours per week. Age 21+: £12.71 per hour – 40 hours per week.

Celtic Horizons is a partnership between United Welsh Group and Mears Group PLC, delivering repairs, maintenance and improvement services to over 6,800 homes across South Wales.

As an Apprentice Planner, you will be part of the operational team within the customer service team at our Caerphilly branch.

You will work mainly within customer service, supporting tenants across South Wales. The role includes data analysis, supporting complaints and compliments from tenants and residents, attending meetings and site visits, and arranging social value events with local schools and community groups.

One day a week is allocated for college coursework. Courses are online.

• GCSE in Maths and English graded A–E
• Eager to learn and give 100%

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

• Laptop and phone supplied
• Industry‑recognised Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration
