Firerite (UK) Ltd is looking for a Consultancy Department Admin Assistant to support the delivery of our fire safety consultancy services, including Fire Risk Assessments and training coordination.

This is a busy, customer-facing role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key.

• Support delivery of Fire Risk Assessments and consultancy services
• Coordinate surveys, subcontractors, and job schedules
• Manage client communication via phone and shared inbox
• Schedule jobs and issue documents using SimPRO
• Assist with fire safety training bookings and delivery
• Liaise with internal teams to support service delivery and upselling

• Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Highly organised with strong admin and customer service skills
• Able to prioritise and work well under pressure

• Experience in compliance, consultancy, or service coordination is an advantage
• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent)
