Our company has been a long‑time leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies to the legal market to improve productivity and transform the overall business and practice of law, deploying ethical and powerful generative AI solutions with a flexible, multi‑model approach that prioritizes using the best model from today’s top model creators for each individual legal use case.

About the Role

We are hiring a Decision Support Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is designed for professionals with 2‑5 years’ experience who want to develop strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data troubleshooting capabilities in a fast‑paced business environment.

In this role you will work with real, imperfect data and be expected to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot information to generate reliable, decision‑grade insights. You will partner with finance and business stakeholders to understand performance, identify issues, and support better commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to analyze business performance and support decision‑making
  • Build and maintain components of budgeting, forecasting, and financial models
  • Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot financial and operational data across multiple systems and data sources
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics with a focus on accuracy and usability
  • Perform variance and root cause analysis to explain drivers of performance
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights (not just reports) that inform business decisions
  • Work with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting processes, and automation
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 2‑5 years of experience in analytics, finance, or a related role
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, messy, or incomplete datasets
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to explain analysis clearly
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to challenge data and assumptions
  • Persistence in solving problems when answers are not immediately clear

We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation. We offer an appealing working prospect for our people. With numerous wellbeing initiatives, shared parental leave, study assistance and sabbaticals, we will help you meet your immediate responsibilities and your long‑term goals.

  • Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive
