Role OverviewAs a Trainee Project Manager, you will support a project delivery team in delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients, while growing your own capabilities as a future leader in the tech space. You will use AI‑powered tools and augmented thinking to accelerate delivery, improve project insights, and make better decisions.
Responsibilities- Support end‑to‑end project delivery.
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and task tracking.
- Prepare stakeholder‑facing presentations that communicate project progress and value.
- Support risk and issue tracking, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Organise and facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Manage meeting minutes and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate across teams to understand and manage workloads.
- Use AI tools to support project analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Gain a working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project approaches.
- Learn how to identify and track business value as a core delivery metric.
Our 30‑month training investment program provides everything you need to establish a successful career while earning from day one. The first six months focus on core project management topics in a supervised, dynamic environment. The company funds all training costs and pays your salary from the first day. The following 24 months involve real work, allowing the company to benefit from your developed skills.
