Overview
Options Resourcing are working with a leading national home builder to recruit a Site Manager for cover work on a housing development in Nether Stowey. Looking for a site manager with demonstrable previous residential experience.
Responsibilities- The day-to-day management of sub-contractors
- Maintaining the program of works
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards
- RAMS and Permit issuing
- Maintaining site records and progress reports.
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid Qualification
Rate is: £ CIS or Ltd. company
